Originally from Providence, Rhode Island, Dr. Moran has always had an interest in the human body, health, and wellness. After moving to Atlanta to attend Life University, she opened her own practice, Preferred Chiropractic & Wellness, in 2003. Since that time, Dr. Moran has provided chiropractic care and wellness services to patients with a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, migraines, chronic illnesses, accident-related injuries, chronic pain, and general wellness needs. She performs full-spine manipulations and extremity work using Diversified and Thompson techniques.
Dr. Moran has more than 20 years of experience operating and expanding her healthcare practice. As owner, she day-to-day operations and remains actively involved in every aspect of running the business, including patient care, staff oversight, operational planning, provider coordination, and compliance. She is committed to continuing education and regularly reads, studies, and attends seminars to stay informed about new procedures, treatment options, and developments that may benefit both herself and her patients.
As such, in 2023 Dr. Moran launched the newest division of her growing practice, Preferred Regen ATL, expanding services to include regenerative and integrative medicine and wellness treatments such as regenerative tissue injections, PRP injections, medical weight loss, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, peptide injections, and other related services. Dr. Moran believes chiropractic care provides a strong foundation for overall health and supports the body’s natural ability to heal, while also recognizing the value of conventional medicine and the benefit of combining multiple treatment approaches.
As of 2025 Preferred Chiropractic & Wellness solely operates under he name Preferred Regen ATL while continuing to offer its original chiropractic and wellness services, along with expanded regenerative and integrative comprehensive care options. This transition reflects the practice's continued growth and its commitment to adapting to the changing needs of patients through innovative, effective, and individualized care.
“In an ever-changing world of health and wellness, we must grow and adapt to the newest, most effective treatments and never become complacent or outdated in the care we provide for our patients and the search for healthier, longer life.” -Dr. Audra J. Moran
