Health Insurance

Patients searching for chiropractic out-of-network benefits or superbills may contact our office for more information. We do not directly bill insurance. However, we are happy to provide a detailed superbill upon request that you may submit to your health insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your individual plan. Coverage and reimbursement are determined solely by your insurance provider. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to verify your out-of-network benefits.
