Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Dr. Alondra developed a passion for health, movement, and human performance from an early age. A dedicated athlete, she played competitive soccer and became fascinated by the body’s ability to heal, adapt, and perform at its highest potential. Her interest in chiropractic care began after witnessing the remarkable improvements her father experienced through treatment, inspiring her to pursue a career dedicated to helping others achieve healthier, more active lives.
Knowing she wanted to study at one of the nation’s premier chiropractic institutions, Dr. Alondra relocated to Atlanta to attend Life University. While earning her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and subsequently her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, she was a member of the Life University Women’s Soccer Team and actively pursued advanced education through seminars, specialty training, and clinical organizations to broaden her expertise in patient care.
Dr. Alondra is Webster Certified and has a special interest in caring for expectant mothers, infants, and children, helping families experience healthier pregnancies and optimal wellness from the very beginning of life. In addition to perinatal and pediatric chiropractic care, she provides full-spine and extremity adjustments using Diversified techniques, delivering personalized treatment plans designed to restore movement, improve function, and support each patient’s individual health goals.
Known for her warm, compassionate approach and attention to detail, Dr. Alondra believes that exceptional care begins with listening. She takes the time to understand each patient’s unique concerns and works collaboratively to create an experience that is both welcoming and results-driven. Her goal is to help every patient move better, feel better, and enjoy a higher quality of life through personalized, evidence-informed chiropractic care.
Outside of the office, Dr. Alondra enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring the outdoors, discovering Atlanta’s vibrant culinary scene, and staying intellectually curious through books and podcasts. She is always eager to learn, grow, and bring new knowledge back to her patients.
