Originally from Providence, Rhode Island, Dr. Audra J. Moran has long been fascinated by the human body and the many factors that influence how individuals feel, function, and age. After relocating to Atlanta to attend Life University, she went on to establish Preferred Chiropractic & Wellness in 2003 with a vision of creating a practice centered on attentive, individualized care.
For more than two decades, Dr. Moran has helped patients improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and support their overall well-being through a thoughtful and highly personalized approach. She performs full-spine and extremity adjustments using Diversified and Thompson techniques and has extensive experience caring for individuals with sports-related injuries, migraines, chronic health concerns, accident-related injuries, and those seeking to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle.
Dr. Moran believes exceptional care requires continual growth. She regularly studies emerging research, attends advanced seminars, and evaluates innovative therapies and technologies that may enhance the patient experience and expand the options available within the practice.
In 2023, this commitment to comprehensive wellness led to the introduction of Preferred Regen ATL and the expansion into regenerative and integrative medicine. The practice now offers a carefully curated range of services, including regenerative tissue therapies (stem cell, exosomes, platelet-rich plasma (PRP)), peptide therapy, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss and management, IV therapy, and other advanced wellness and longevity services.
Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that chiropractic care can provide a strong foundation for movement, function, and overall health, while regenerative, integrative, and conventional medical approaches can offer additional support when thoughtfully combined. By bringing these disciplines together, Dr. Moran has created a more refined and comprehensive model of care designed around each patient’s individual needs, goals, and lifestyle.
In 2025, Preferred Chiropractic & Wellness officially became Preferred Regen ATL, reflecting the practice’s evolution into a modern, multidisciplinary destination for chiropractic, regenerative, integrative, and longevity-focused care. While the name has changed, the practice remains grounded in the same commitment to personal attention, clinical excellence, and an elevated patient experience.
“In an ever-changing world of health and wellness, we must grow and adapt to the newest, most effective treatments and never become complacent or outdated in the care we provide for our patients and the search for healthier, longer life.” -Dr. Audra J. Moran
