Amanda, the Hurricaino, Cain has been with PC&W | Preferred Regen ATL since October 2011. Originally from Paducah, KY, a graduate of the University of Kentucky (Go Wildcats!), she considers herself an ATLian by way of Chicago, IL where she worked in advertising and higher education before landing in the Dirty South.
Although she never anticipated working in the health care field, she fell in love with chiropractic after her first adjustment alleviated her months long neck pain that MD’s only prescribed muscle relaxers and pain medication to “fix,” never recommending alternate treatment. Her love for chiropractic continued to grow when she began working at PC&W as she witnessed patient after patient walk in with varying levels of pain and leave feeling significantly better. She knew chiropractic could often help where modern medicine typically masks the pain or recommends surgery.
Since 2011, Amanda has managed the practice to help it become the full-service wellness center it is today. You can always expect to see a smile on her face and an eagerness to help with any questions or concerns that may arise from patients or staff. Her goal is to help create an environment that nurtures patients to take control of their health by maintaining a proper wellness routine.
Outside of PC&W, Amanda loves spending time with her family and dogs, listening to music, watching a good movie, traveling, relaxing, and chowing down at her favorite restaurants. She is always down to try a new spot! Recommendations are welcomed. ?
