Amanda Cain

Amanda has been an integral part of Preferred Regen ATL since 2011 and serves as the Director of Operations & Patient Experience. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice while ensuring every patient receives the personalized, concierge-level service that defines the Preferred Regen ATL experience. From the first phone call through every stage of care, Amanda is dedicated to creating a seamless, welcoming, and supportive environment where patients feel valued, heard, and cared for.

Originally from Paducah, Kentucky, Amanda earned her degree from the University of Kentucky before beginning her career in advertising and higher education in Chicago. After experiencing the life-changing benefits of chiropractic care firsthand, she developed a passion for patient-centered healthcare and has since helped guide the practice's evolution into one of Atlanta's premier destinations for chiropractic, regenerative, integrative, and longevity-focused care.

Amanda works closely with the clinical team to ensure every service, technology, and patient experience reflects the practice's commitment to clinical excellence, compassion, and personalized care. Known for her warm personality and genuine desire to help others, she is a trusted resource for both patients and staff.

Outside of the clinic, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, traveling, exploring Atlanta's vibrant culinary scene, discovering new restaurants, listening to music, and relaxing with a great movie.
